Shipping policy

Here's what you can expect for fulfillment, broken down by shipping destination. Keep in mind these timeframes are after fulfillment (i.e., after your product finishes producing the item) — production time adds on top of this.

Domestic (US & Canada)

• Standard / Standard with CO₂ offsetting: 5-7 business days after fulfillment
• Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment

International (from US/Canadian facilities)

• Standard: 5–20 business days after fulfillment
• Canada (Standard DDP): 3–5 business days (up to 12 for Atlantic region)
• Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment

International (from European facilities)

• Standard: 5–20 business days after fulfillment
• UK (Standard DDP): 3–7 business days after fulfillment
• Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment

Important note on production time: These are shipping times only. Our print-on-demand production time (typically 2–7 business days depending on the product) happens before the item ships, so your customers' total wait time is production + shipping combined. 

Our distributer has fulfillment centers in Dallas, Charlotte, Birmingham (UK), Toronto, Tijuana, Riga, and Barcelona, plus partner facilities in Japan, Brazil, and Australia — so the nearest facility to you will typically be used to minimize shipping time.
